Project process

Our rigorous project process sees each commission being built 3 times – designed once in virtual 3D space, again in our workshop and finally during installation. The finished commission will be flawless, literally, and will withstand the closest inspection.

What to do first?

Your first step is to Contact us, either by telephone, email, through our website or via the Mood board on our Home page.  We will discuss your ideas and needs with you, review any plans, drawings and photographs you wish to send us before preparing your estimate.

Project stages

For clarity this process can be broken down into clear stages and allows the clients to remain in control for the duration of the project:

Stage 2 Project Proposal
Stage 3 Design Development
Stage 4 Design Detail
Stage 5 Manufacture
Stage 6 Delivery / Shipping
Stage 7 Installation

At the end of each stage we seek feedback and approval on the work we have carried out so far, and only when you are 100% satisfied do we seek approval to move your project to the next stage of the process.

Bisca never sub-contract installation.  The same craftsmen who worked alongside the designers, and who built your project in our workshop, are the ones who carry out the installation, ensuring a smooth and efficient fit, with the minimum of fuss and disruption.
