Once we have been instructed to design and craft your staircase, an experienced project management team is hand-selected to oversee the creation of your commission. This team will consist of a project design engineer and manufacturing project lead who will work together to draw up a detailed staircase specification document, outlining the full scope of work with timeframes for completion at each stage. Often we will not just be working directly with our client, but also with several third-party contacts including architects, structural engineers, contractors, interior designers and lighting specialists.
