"Richard, just a quick note to say that the staircase, all be it in its raw metal state, looks truly amazing! I walked up and down it for the first time yesterday and it felt just great. I loved the feeling of the stairs from ground floor up to mezz, does it make sense when I say it felt a lovely movement up and onto the mezz. A neighbour recently said of our house it’s been ugly but it’s now like a butterfly emerging. I think the stairs are the same!"
