"Bisca have been fantastic to work with right from the start with the initial concept through to the installation and follow up. The quality of the finish is amazing and the staircase fits our new oak frame home perfectly. Bisca aren’t the cheapest option but if ever the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ described a company, it’s Bisca!"

"A beautiful piece of art that captures you instantly when entering the house. They understood my vision and were honest from the start about budget and expectations. I felt an immediate trust in them designing, manufacturing and installing our staircase. My experience has been perfect!"
"Please pass our congratulations on to the team for a fantastic job. As Richard knows I was dubious about installing anything as I really liked what was there. However, the result has exceeded our expectations and Mrs W wants you to know that she not only thinks it looks brilliant but she now feels safe going up and down the stairs! "
"We are over the moon with the staircase! It’s everything we hoped it would be and appears to be a big talking point amongst all of the teams that work there, as so many have mentioned it to us. The impact when entering the house is fantastic and will be a wow factor for many years to come. Thank you for everything you have done, it’s really appreciated. (Project 8142)"

"I thought this original email was an apt way to start this simple note. Let me start with the end:- we are blessed with a work of art, a feat of engineering and a tribute to a business where cutting edge design blends perfectly with craftsmanship. The journey has been a complete joy, the challenges of this loft conversion have resulted in an end product far and a way superior to the one that a simple footprint would have realised Whilst the overall staircase is a masterpiece it’s the details that are simply exceptional: the ceiling, the structural glass, the scale of the treads, to name a few. Your install / build team were infectious, they have been dedicated, understanding of our needs as both clients and residents of a building site. Even today they waited patiently while the other trades completed so they could be certain handover was perfect. Please do visit when you wish, gives us a week or two to complete final decoration and lighting commission and if you want take photographs for your marketing. Simply thank you to you both and your team. The Bisca site team shone out above and beyond anything they had ever experienced before. (Project 9351)"

"We are extremely pleased with the finished staircase, it seems a shame to have to walk on it! Please pass on our thanks to the whole team involved: Design, Manufacture, Construction – and the Installation team who were excellent. (Project 3986)"

"Thank you for the tour around the site today, the work you and your team have done on the amazing staircase and the plans for The Wall of Wine. It felt like a turning point for the project today. It’s starting to come alive and I’m very grateful for the skill and imagination which you and your team have put it into it. You are helping to bring life to a building which I’m sure will become iconic in the South of Ireland. (Project 6574)"
"This project won the York Lord Mayors Award last year-overall winner and was also winner of the best house in York for Bramhall Blenkharn Architects. In terms of Biscas work there, the stairs in both spaces are the centrepiece of the interiors. In particular the main stair is a triumph of design and engineering to provide a spectacular space in the centre of the house. It is widely admired I know, by both client and all those who have visited the property. The stair and bridge in the small barn are elegantly detailed with tactile handrails and totally in keeping with the character of the old structure-yet adding modernity through the glass bridge, which allows light to flood through the central double height space. Working with Bisca, as ever, is a joy."
